For added convenience you are able to view, schedule, cancel or change your appointments via our online booking system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This user friendly system allows you to handle all of your scheduling needs at any time of day without the help of an AESCC staff member. All of our services must be scheduled in advance and are by appointment only. If you need additional assistance or would simply prefer to speak to an actual person for any questions or an appointment please call 317-341-3806 and an AESCC staff member will return your call usually within the next business day. We will do our best to help and/or accommodate you.
APPOINTMENT POLICY
At Aesthetic Electrolysis & Skin Care Center, we see clients by appointment ONLY. In order to ensure the best possible service and experience for every client we ask that if you are a new client; please arrive to your scheduled appointment 15 minutes early to fill out any necessary paperwork prior to your scheduled appointment. In order to provide a relaxing experience, we discourage the use (... at least the loud use) of pagers, cell phones, tablets or other electronic devices. Smoking anywhere in Aesthetic Electrolysis & Skin Care Center is not permitted. Guests must be at least 13 years old, and guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Please make outside arrangements for childcare during all services. Aesthetic Electrolysis & Skin Care Center and/or its employees are not responsible for lost or stolen articles. Any clients under the age of 18 must have parent/guardian consent while additionally being accompanied by an adult/guardian. In a constant effort to protect the privacy of our clients we do NOT accept walk-ins. If you have an immediate need or an unusual schedule and need special consideration please ask, we will make every effort to accommodate you whenever feasible. Please note, if you show up late or not at all we reserve the right to charge you for any partial or missed appointment if not cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours. Some services require a deposit to schedule.
