About Us
Aesthetic Electrolysis & Skin Care Center and Aesthetic Skin Care Training Center is owned and operated by Heather E. Culver, who has been certified and practicing in the mastery of all three modalities of electrology, beginning & advanced permanent makeup techniques, collagen induction therapy (CIT), tattoo removal and training since 1997. She has over 24 years experience with AEskincare, with an additional 4 years of executive healthcare management. She has opened and operated successful offices in Texas, New York and Indiana; as well as satellite offices in Arizona, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, Washington & California.
Heather began her career shortly after studying Biology/Pre-Med at Texas Woman’s University and while working with a local Dermatologist. She studied Electrology at 'Absolute Electrolysis Training Center' in Houston, TX, where she graduated in 1997. After extensive research into the field, she discovered that not only had electrolysis been discovered in 1875; it had been clinically proven to be safe and effective. In fact, it is the ONLY hair removal method that exists today that is FDA approved as PERMANENT HAIR REMOVAL.
She went out on her own by 1998 so she could expand her business in other areas & educate the public while giving them exceptional service. She is an active member of the American Electrology Association (since 1997) & follows the AEA ‘Standards of Practice for Electrologists’ & ‘Infection Control Standards for the Practice of Electrology’ (including state regulations). Heather understands the importance of wellness and therefore also offers advanced laser hair removal, permanent makeup, collagen induction therapy, body sculpting, tattoo removal and offers revolutionary medical grade skin care products in addition to exceptional permanent hair removal with the use of state-of-the-art, advanced computerized epilation equipment. In fact, due to her extensive medical training and background, she goes above and beyond what is expected in sterilization procedures (including using only the finest quality supplies including pre-sterilized, disposable needles and always respects each individuals’ needs, concerns and privacy).
